1. Contact Support

Email saga@orochisystems.com for Saga support. We can help with library sync, metadata search, journal entries, photo attachments, on-device dictation, widgets, Apple Watch or Mac behavior, subscriptions, export, and privacy controls.

2. Quick Setup Checks

If Saga is not behaving correctly, first verify: - You are running the latest available version of Saga. - iCloud is enabled on each device you expect to sync. - The same Apple account is used across devices. - Network access is available when using media search. - Widgets or watch surfaces have been refreshed after app updates.

3. Search and Metadata Troubleshooting

Saga uses external metadata providers for media search. If a title is missing, try a simpler title, alternate spelling, original-language name, or a narrower media category such as game, anime, manga, movie, or TV.

4. Sync Troubleshooting

Saga sync uses Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. If data appears delayed, open Saga on each device while connected to the network, confirm iCloud is available, and allow time for Apple sync services to deliver updates.

5. Journal, Photos, and Voice Dictation

For journal issues, confirm the entry is saved before switching devices. For photo attachments, confirm Photos permission is enabled for Saga. For voice dictation, confirm Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions are enabled and that on-device speech recognition is available for your selected language.

6. Subscription and Billing Help

Saga purchases are handled by Apple App Store. Use Restore Purchases in the app if premium access is missing, and manage or cancel subscriptions from Apple settings. Do not email full purchase receipts unless we specifically ask for redacted diagnostic details.

7. Export and Deletion

Saga export is intended for structured library and journal data. Current exports may exclude photo attachments. Deleting an entry while iCloud sync is enabled may sync that deletion to other devices using the same Apple account.

8. What to Include in Your Email

Please include your device model, OS version, Saga app version, whether iCloud sync is enabled, the affected media category, whether the issue involves search, journal, photos, dictation, or purchases, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.

9. Privacy and Safety Note

Do not send passwords, Apple account credentials, private tokens, or unredacted purchase receipts. If you share screenshots of your library or journal, redact anything personal first.
