1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kagami ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you download Kagami from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless a custom license is provided. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service Nature
Kagami is a habit-tracking and reflection app. It may provide habit logging, heatmaps, streaks, widgets, App Intents, reminders, Apple Watch and Mac companion surfaces, iCloud sync, and data export. Feature availability can vary by device, OS version, region, configuration, and permission state.
3. Wellness Disclaimer
Kagami is a productivity and self-reflection tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, professional advice, or guaranteed behavior change.
4. User Content and Habit Records
You are responsible for the habits, targets, icons, log events, exports, and other information you create in Kagami. Do not use the app to store unlawful, harmful, or sensitive content that you are not authorized to keep.
5. Apple System Surfaces
Kagami may integrate with Apple system surfaces including widgets, App Intents, Siri, Shortcuts, Apple Watch, and Mac. Information shown on those surfaces may include habit names, progress, symbols, and quick-log actions. You are responsible for configuring those surfaces in a way that fits your privacy needs.
6. Reminders and Notifications
If you enable reminders, Kagami may schedule local notifications on your device. Delivery timing depends on Apple notification services, device settings, Focus modes, permissions, and OS behavior. Kagami is not responsible for missed, delayed, or suppressed notifications.
7. Device and Feature Requirements
Some Kagami features require supported Apple hardware, current OS versions, iCloud availability, app-group storage, notifications, widget support, Shortcuts, or watch pairing. Feature availability can change as Apple platforms change.
8. iCloud Sync and Destructive Actions
Kagami sync depends on Apple's CloudKit infrastructure and the iCloud account configured on your devices. Sync timing, availability, and conflict resolution can be affected by Apple services, network conditions, and device settings. Deleting habits, resetting data, loading sample data over existing data, or other destructive actions may propagate to other devices using the same iCloud data.
9. Data Export, Deletion, and Backups
Kagami may provide JSON export tools for your habit data. You can delete habits in-app and stop using Kagami by deleting the app. You are responsible for keeping separate backups of information you consider important and for protecting exported files after they leave the app.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Kagami, interfere with app operation, attempt unauthorized access, abuse system integrations, or use the app for unlawful activity.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Kagami depends on Apple platforms and services such as iCloud, CloudKit, WidgetKit, App Intents, Shortcuts, notifications, and App Store distribution. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or service failures.
12. Intellectual Property
Kagami, including its software, design, branding, and related materials, is owned by Orochi Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Kagami is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, uninterrupted sync, uninterrupted third-party service availability, error-free performance, or achievement of any habit or wellness outcome.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orochi Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Kagami.
15. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue features if these Terms are violated or if service components are discontinued. You may stop using Kagami at any time by deleting the app.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
